Frequently asked questions
Searching, saving, callback requests and site visits.
Finding a property
How do I search for a property?
Start on the homepage. Choose whether you are buying or renting, type a locality or keyword, set a minimum and maximum price, and pick a property type and configuration. Selecting Search properties opens the listings page with those filters already applied.
On the listings page you can keep refining results in the filter panel and change the sort order at any time.
Which localities can I search?
This prototype includes sample inventory in Dhanori, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Wagholi, Lohegaon, Baner and Wakad. The locality field suggests these names as you type, and clicking any locality card on the homepage applies that filter directly.
The listings shown are illustrative sample records rather than verified agency inventory.
Can I combine several filters at once?
Yes. Locality, price range, property type, configuration and availability all work together, and you can sort the combined result by price (low to high or high to low), newest first, or largest area first.
Applied filters appear as removable tags above the results, and a single Clear all action resets everything except the Buy or Rent choice.
What does the Availability field mean?
It describes the stage the property is at: Ready to move, Under construction, or New launch. Where a completion or possession date is known, it appears in the property information section.
Why is a field shown as a dash?
If the agency has not provided a particular detail — a balcony count, for example — the field shows a dash instead of an estimate. We would rather leave a specification blank than publish a guessed value.
Saving and shortlisting
How do I save a property?
Use the heart control on any listing card or on the property detail page. Saved properties appear on the Saved properties page and stay there when you move between pages or refresh the browser.
Do I need an account to save a property?
No. Saving works without signing in. Signing in with the demo flow lets you revisit your shortlist alongside your request history from your account page.
How do I remove a saved property?
Click the heart control again to unsave a listing, or use Clear saved list on the saved properties page to remove everything at once. You will be asked to confirm before the list is cleared.
Callbacks and site visits
How does “Request a callback” work?
Open any property and choose Request a callback. Provide your name, a ten-digit mobile number and, optionally, an email address and a preferred contact time. Your request is logged with the property reference so the sales desk knows which listing it relates to.
The request enters the agency's request queue with a Pending status and is then worked through as Contacted, Confirmed and Completed.
When will I be called back?
Callback requests are handled during the agency's configured working hours, which are 9:30 am to 7:00 pm in this prototype, Monday to Saturday. Requests submitted outside those hours are picked up at the start of the next working period.
A faster promise is only shown if the agency explicitly enables it; otherwise the site states the working-hours expectation rather than a guaranteed timeframe.
How do I schedule a site visit?
From the property detail page, choose Schedule a site visit and provide your name, mobile number, a preferred date from today onwards, and a preferred time slot. You can add a message if there is something specific you would like the team to prepare for.
Past dates are not accepted. Your request is recorded against the property and appears in the agency's request manager as a pending visit.
Can I contact the agency on WhatsApp?
The WhatsApp action becomes available once the agency has saved a WhatsApp contact number in its administration settings. Until then the button is shown as not configured, so the site does not imply a channel that is not yet live.
Is this a finished booking system?
Not yet. This is a frontend prototype: requests are stored in your browser so the whole journey can be reviewed, and they appear in the demonstration administration area. Live notification delivery, multi-user request handling and production authentication require server-side work that is not part of this build.
